The SLPS Foundation Board of Directors are so excited to welcome three new board members for the 2021-2022 Board.

Leslie Gill, CEO of Rung

Leslie Gill brings a wealth of nonprofit management experience to the SLPS Foundation Board.  She is currently CEO of Rung, Ltd, a nonprofit aimed at helping women and their children achieve economic sustainability.  Gill also served as CEO of Annie Malone, and before she joined Annie Malone, Gill served as executive director of the St. Louis region for College Summit, a national nonprofit that helps high schools raise their college enrollment rates. She also previously served as chief operating officer and chief of external affairs for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, and had been chief operating officer for

Jacque Randolph, Executive Director at Barnes-Jewish Hospital

Ms. Randolph has significant leadership achievements in academic and community healthcare settings. She’s been a transformational administrator with demonstrated ability to change cultures and build positive physician partnerships. Her leadership experience includes Perioperative Services, Supply Chain and Ambulatory Services within a Magnet Hospital. Significant experience in Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Critical Decision Making and Problem Solving.

Jacque is an SLPS graduate of Soldan High School and lives with her husband in St. Louis County and has three adult children.

Constance Rush: Director of Advocacy & Freedom Schools at Deaconess Foundation

Constance Rush works with child advocates, policymakers, researchers and the media to advance Deaconess’ public policy agenda for child well-being. She oversees Deaconess’ child advocacy ministry with United Church of Christ congregations and is the Executive Director for Deaconess’ Children’s Defense Fund Freedom Schools®.

Prior to joining Deaconess, Constance was the Director of Legislative Outreach at the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Before her tenure at DESE, Constance served as a Legislative Analyst in the office of former Missouri State Representative Kimberly Gardner and practiced law.

Constance is a member of the Missouri Bar and California Bar. She earned her law degree from California Western School of Law after undergraduate studies in public relations at Florida A&M University.

A native of St. Louis, Constance currently resides in St. Louis city.  Her mother recently retired after a lifetime of teaching in Saint Louis Public Schools.
